Meghan was set to present medals at a road cycling event for the Invictus Game on Sunday morning but Harry appeared at the event alone. "Meghan winked at me and I fell in love and have never stopped loving her from that day forward".

"After a busy programme, The Duke and Duchess have made a decision to cut back The Duchess' schedule slightly for the next couple of days, ahead of the final week and a half of the tour", a palace aide told the publication.

"He said: 'Shall I put them on?' We said: 'One hundred percent.' So he put them on".

The couple, who are expecting a child next spring, have 76 events on their schedule during their 16-day tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga.

The Duchess of Sussex is cutting back on engagements after a busy first few days of the tour.

While at the Bondi Beach in Sydney, Meghan spoke to a lady named Charlotte Waverly and said that "pregnancy was like having jet lag". "It's a bit of a double whammy for her, she said, as she has both the baby and jet lag to contend with".

Prince Harry has told well-wishers on his tour of Australia that he is hoping his new baby will be a girl.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will travel to Fraser Island for their much-anticipated Queensland visit on Monday, however Royal fans may not be able to see the pregnant Duchess of Sussex.

The pair were due to meet with Indigenous elders and learn about the island's Aboriginal history, but now the Duke of Sussex do the greetings on his own.
