So stylishly regal! Today Prince William (a.k.a. the Duke of Cambridge) celebrates his 36th birthday, which means he's had 36 years in the limelight.
Prince Louis was born on April 23. The Chapel Royal has a special tie to Prince William and his family, as it's where his late mother's coffin was held for a week before her funeral, and where Kate Middleton received communion just prior to her own royal wedding.
'Prince Louis will be christened by The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby'. He was kept to British Royal code and only wore shorts (as his son, Prince George now does) during his toddler years. Her husband Nick Pettman, who works in the City, will also be at the christening, as will the spouses of all the godparents.
The tot will be baptised on July 9 at the Chapel Royal of St James's Palace in central London.
William and Kate shared the first photos of Prince Louis in May, along with sweet images of him with big sister Princess Charlotte.
Since his birth on April 23, young Prince Louis of Cambridge has stayed mostly (and understandably) out of the spotlight.
Prince William celebrated his 36th birthday yesterday, and while many people were giving him a shout out on Twitter, he was in Nottinghamshire at the official unveiling of the nearly £400 million Defense and National Rehabilitation Centre for injured servicemen and women.
The next time we see the little Prince will be on July 9, the day of his christening and another very important date for the Royal family. The Queen, Prince Philip, Prince Charles and newlyweds Meghan and Harry are expected to attend.
Princess Charlotte is being christened in the church if St Mary Magdalene in Sandringham, Norfolk, where Princess Diana was also christened.
