A Tennessee woman was arrested after a video apparently showed her letting children out of pet kennels in the back of a parked vehicle.
A 62-year-old grandmother, Leimome Cheeks, was arrested for transporting her grandchildren in dog kennels in the back of her vehicle. There was no air conditioning in the back of the vehicle, while temperatures in the area reached about 95 degrees.
Police in Tennessee say a woman, identified as Leimome Cheeks, was charged after mobile phone video emerged of the incident.

The video was filmed by a concerned citizen who said he to happened be in the right place at the right when he witnessed the unusual sight.
Temperatures in the vehicle reached upwards of 95 degrees and there was no air conditioning in the back of the Ford as the children rode from Whitehaven, Tenn.to Collierville, Tenn. -which is about a 25 mile drive, according to the affidavit. I only met her like once maybe twice.
The woman is being charged with two counts of child endangerment, according to Cleveland 19. "It's a huge mistake, get some help yeah but put her in jail, it's hard to say", he added.
Police said the children were 7 and 8 years old.
An affidavit states Cheeks admitted to putting the kids in the kennels and drove them from Whitehaven to Collierville then to Downtown Memphis, checking on them periodically.
Cheeks was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday morning.
