But like Diana, Greer says Markle will soon feel oppressed and stifled and even bored by the royal family.

So if Markle and Harry ever want to get blazed off of Markle's Sparkle, they'll have to take a trip to visit Markle's family that she deemed unworthy of a wedding invite.

"Meghan grew up in California and I am sure has an American view on pot", he said.

While most people are enthralled by the romance between the Royal couple and looking forward to the wedding on May 19, Ms Greer has already predicted their separation.

Meghan Markle, 36, has given up a Hollywood career, her home in the U.S. and a relaxed social life for the Royal Family - which the radical feminist claims is "one-sided". "I think the pressure to escape from the firm is crushing", she added.

In one particularly racy scene Meghan is seen undressing actor Michael Rady as her character tries to make a move in a dimly-lit apartment. "I think it would be more modern of them not to want [children]", she told 60 Minutes interviewer Tara Brown.

Ms Greer said she wished Prince Harry and Ms Markle "all the best I hope they have a wonderful life together", however she thought Ms Markle would "bolt".

When asked why she thinks Markle would give up her entire life as she knows it, she wryly responded: "Why would a girl born in poverty marry a man worth 53 million quid?" I think England is so excited.

A number of viewers took to Twitter to express their displeasure at Greer's views, finding them to be negative and non-feminist.
