Apple officially announces WWDC 2018 date, starts on 4 June

New iPad Pro and affordable 9.7-inch iPad coming this year

Apple will unveil the next generation of iOS and MacOS on June 4th

Of course, the big reason people even care about WWDC is the fact that we get our first glimpse at what Apple has in store for its software side of things.

Users are able to live stream the conference on the WWDC app for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, as well as through the Apple Developer website.

However, considering the fact that Apple previously launched new iPads in June, it would make sense that the company will unveil the iPad Pro 3 in June this year. The conference is one of the most important events in Apple's yearly calendar of activities.

iOS 12 release date will be announced officially by Apple at the WWDC 2018.

Usually WWDC starts with Apple's keynote which takes place on the first day of the event. Let us know in the poll below and discuss further down in the comments!

According to the rumors, Apple may also introduce new lower-cost MacBook Air models and refreshed iPad Pro models equipped with Face ID. With fifth beta being rolled out, the final version of the iOS 11 is expected to be rolled out as soon as spring. That's significant as modern was the code word used for the iPhone X. But there's been little of substance to support a new generation iPhone SE.

Back in April 2017, Apple executives mentioned to tech sites, including TechCrunch, that it was working on a new updated version of its modular Mac Pro desktop computer, which was originally released in 2013.

Will it have a home button and headphone jack?
