Campbell, who served as the interim head coach in Miami in 2015, has spent the last two seasons with the Saints as assistant head coach and tight ends coach.

Campbell recently interviewed with the Minnesota Vikings for the vacant offensive coordinator position.

The Colts were left scrambling after New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels shockingly turned down the Colts head coach job after reportedly agreeing to terms weeks ago, signing coordinators, and scheduling a introductory press conference.

Campbell began his coaching career as an intern with the Dolphins back in 2010. Although Campbell interviewed to become the Dolphins full-time head coach, owner Stephen Ross chose to hire Adam Gase instead. He then took over as the tight ends coach for the Dolphins form 2011-2015.

Reich has a history with the Colts serving various roles during his four-year stint from 2008-11. Reich, who is slated to be at the Eagles' Super Bowl parade on that day, is scheduled for an interview on Friday.

The Colts could interview more candidates but it seems they will kick off the process again with Campbell and Reich, respectively.
